We commonly see the market slow as the weather cools and the snow starts flying, but so far that was not the case in the Topeka area this past month.  We currently have had a 3.2% rise in new listings year over year. This keeps the market moving with much needed new inventory active buyers are waiting for!

Area homes are selling 38.6% faster this past month over the  previous year with the current days on the market at an unbelievable 24 days!
