Shawnee Co. Home Sales Rose in February
Total home sales in Shawnee Co. rose by 3.8% last month to 135 units, compared to 130 units in February 2019. Total sales volume was $19.4 million, up 25.5% from a year earlier.
The median sale price in February was $130,000, up from $108,000 a year earlier. Homes that sold in February were typically on the market for 23 days and sold for 99.2% of their list prices.
Shawnee Co. Active Listings Down at End of February
The total number of active listings in Shawnee Co. at the end of February was 231 units, down from 323 at the same point in 2019. This represents a 1.1 months’ supply of homes available for sale. The median list price of homes on the market at the end of February was $134,900.
