Sherwood Park Neighborhood Update | August 2019
My fiance and I are up bright and early a few times a week for a 1.5 mile walk around the neighborhood before we start our day.
As a REALTOR® I can’t help but notice how many for sale signs are up in the neighborhood! I decided I should schedule a time to go look at each so I was better informed about the homes in my own neighborhood and see if I could match any of these homes to a buyer.
To my surprise, even though there are not “sold” or “under contract” signs up, there is only ONE home for sale in Sherwood Park right now. All the others are under contract and working towards a closing date!
