Total home sales in Shawnee Co. rose by 8.1% last month to 267 units, compared to 247 units in July 2017. Total sales volume was $40.6 million, up 4.8% from a year earlier.
The median sale price in July was $132,000, down from $142,000 a year earlier. Homes that sold in July were typically on the market for 8 days and sold for 99.0% of their list prices.
Shawnee Co. Active Listings Down at End of July
