Year over year the market seems to be leveling out. Last month we had 270 sales, compared to 265 last year and 273 in 2018. We have seen up to 34% increases in the previous months.
Sellers are still winning as buyers are still commonly competing and paying full price or more for the best listings! We are seeing homes still selling quickly with 66.3% of the new listing coming on the market are selling in less than 10 days!
Listing inventory is down from 344 homes for sale last year to only 186 at the end of last month. That is nearly 46% fewer homes on the market for buyers to choose from.
With interest rates at or below 3%, it’s a great time to buy, and with anxious buyers and limited inventory, it’s for sure a great time to sell!
