Total home sales in Shawnee Co. rose by 15.7% last month to 295 units, compared to 255 units in August 2018. Total sales volume was $46.0 million, up 19.8% from a year earlier.
The median sale price in August was $139,977, up from $135,500 a year earlier. Homes that sold in August were typically on the market for 8 days and sold for 99.8% of their list prices.
Shawnee Co. Active Listings Down at End of August
